Buying
Payments are made through Polar, who sell davinci-search for alnor as the merchant of record. Polar handles your payment details, invoices and taxes. See Polar's privacy policy. I see your name, email and country for each order, so I can help you with it.
The app
- Your license: when you enter a key, and once a day after that, the app sends the key and your computer's name to Polar to check it. That's how a key is limited to 5 computers.
- Updates: once a day it asks alnor.store whether there's a newer version. You can turn this off in Settings › About.
- Nothing else leaves your computer. Your clips, projects and settings stay on it.
- Report a problem makes a file with the app's logs and settings, and only you decide whether to send it.
If you write to support@ or hello@alnor.store, I keep the conversation to help you. Ask and I'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask what I have about you, and have it corrected or deleted: hello@alnor.store.
